Software for practices and clinics

Good people are hard to find and harder to keep. I build tools that take planning, requests and reports off their desks, so the practice runs and nobody is stretched thin.

What I’m building

For each tool: what it does and how far along it is.

  1. 01 · Octinex Flow

    Projects, time and requests.

Project management, time logging and request management in one tool.

In a pilot at a large MVZ in Berlin.

    Pilot
  2. 02 · Octinex Pulse

    Planning for the operating room.

A tool for planning operating-room schedules.

    Pilot
  3. 03 · Octinex Summa

    Reports you can check.

Marketing reports from Search Console and Google Analytics. Code owns the numbers, Claude drafts the words around them, and a person approves every page.

  4. 04 · Octinex Radi-O

How I build

  • Lighter routine

Routine work should take up less of the day, leaving more of it for the work that needs a person.

  • Do more, depend less

Nothing I build is meant to shrink a team. It’s meant to keep one absence from stopping the day.

  • Work, not people

My aim is tools that look at work, not at people: no scoring, no rankings.

How I work

  1. Explore an idea

Like the question behind the free tool: what stops when one person is out?

  2. Build it

Building it is how I practise new skills — the learning is part of the point.

  3. Test it

What doesn’t hold up in testing gets changed or dropped.

  4. Share what’s useful

Some of it ends up here, like the free tool further down.

Free tool

Pick the parts of your week that matter and answer a few quick questions about each. You get back a map of what stops when one person is out, and where to start. Free, no account.
